HUBONE’s planning capabilities are represented by prior work supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Wolf Creek Dam, where a dive team was mobilized to inspect and document leakage affecting three dam monoliths under EM 385-1-1 requirements. The effort included detailed underwater inspections to depths of approximately 100 feet, photographic and video documentation, and technical reporting of observed conditions. Significant damage was identified during the assessment, and the findings were converted into a repair scope of work, planning-level cost estimate, and MicroStation drawing to support the Government’s next phase of corrective action.
