Design Capabilities

Our technology integration design capabilities involve strategically embedding digital tools and systems into physical or digital environments to enhance function, efficiency, and access to real time information. We focus on remote and mobile application in harsh environments.

Modeling and Simulation

Technology modeling and simulation primarily for the creation of virtual representations (models) of real-world systems, processes, or concept.  We provide virtual analysis to test "what-if" scenarios, optimize designs, predict outcomes, and train users, all without physical prototypes, reducing costs and accelerating innovation in engineering, manufacturing, defense, and more. Advanced M&S leverages AI/ML, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and Digital Twins.

Prototyping

3D Printing for the creation of complex geometries directly from CAD files without expensive tooling. CNC Machining, milling and turning services provide high-precision parts using production-grade materials like metals and engineering plastics. Services such as waterjet cutting, laser cutting, and urethane casting are used for structural components and high-quality aesthetic models.
